Jill Madsen

President and Partner
Jill joined Bender in September of 2004 and has over 28 years of property management experience. As President of Bender Midwest Properties Jill oversees all of the daily operations of the company.
Charity Small
Broker, REALTOR
Vice President of Finance & Operations
Charity joined Bender in January of 2017. With her she brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and administration. Charity oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, operations, and IT.
Lisa Johnson
CAM, LPM
Regional Property Manager
Lisa joined Bender in August of 2007, and as a Regional PM she oversees a team of property managers in the Sioux Falls area. Additionally, Lisa coordinates multiple projects including the bidding process with outside vendors.
Lori Marsh

Regional Property Manager
Lori joined Bender in July of 2012. As a Regional Property Manager, Lori oversees a team of property managers in the Pierre and Sioux Falls areas. Additionally, Lori has managed her own portfolio of multi-family units since 2012.

Melissa joined Bender in January of 2023, and she brings over 20 years of business management experience. In her role, Melissa oversees the day-to-day operations and leasing activities on a portfolio of properties.
